Decked up in an apron, the cook tosses the fish around the wok as the flames devours it, leaving thin veils of smoke hanging over him.
I looked on with jubilation, relishing the thought of getting to eat my favourite Fish as throngs of customers streamed into the restaurant.
As usual, A Poh Kitchen is full house as customers tucked into the Zi Char feast of several dishes such as Ginger Parsley Beef, Chicken Fried Rice and of course the all-time favourite, Curry Fish Head.
Scanning the room as groups of customers eat heartily away, it is safe to say A Poh Kitchen provides premium cuisine with modest prices, together with the gift of bonding.
