Gained its roots in December 2004, Bread Junction has been has been serving up daily fresh breads and cakes. Located at the hearts of the heartlands in Singapore, which are Tampines, Punggol, Toa Payoh, Yishun and Segar Road, Bread Junction offers a wide selection of affordable pastries for people from all walks of life. Thus, winning the loyalty of customers. 

Style and inspiration

Its pastry products has a fusion of Japanese style recipes and the likeness of our local traditions. Most of them are also made from high quality flour imported from Japan. Most importantly, the recipes are inspired and advised by Mr Tachihara Itaru from Japan and his father, Mr Tachihara Kazuomi is an award winning chef who has won two television awards in Japan for his baking skills. Thus giving it a thumbs-up to Bread Junction's taste and credibility. 

Pastries

We provide a myriad of delectable cakes, ranging from classics like Strawberry Shortcake and Tiramisu, to exotics like Pandan Coconut v Pineapple and Apple Yogurt Mousse. If you want a touch of comic relief or creativity, you can look for our novelty cakes, which are made with kinder-thin and flawless multicoloured icing, personifying characters.
